Frequently Asked Questions

This section helps answer common questions parents may have before getting started.

Do you support newborns?

Yes. During the newborn stage, the focus is on building healthy sleep foundations rather than sleep training.

When can sleep training begin?

Most babies are developmentally ready for sleep training around 4 months of age or older.

What if I just want a sleep plan without ongoing support?

Families can choose a customized sleep plan they can implement independently. Virtual support can be added if additional guidance is desired.

Do you offer overnight care?

Yes. Overnight newborn support is available with a minimum of 3 nights per week and 8 hours per night.

What if I need more help after receiving my sleep plan?

Families can schedule virtual support sessions to receive additional guidance and adjustments to their plan.
